How to Maintain Oil Press Machine

1. Lubrication situation should be checked after working 50 hours, the oil cup above gear box shall not be short of oil, adjust inner bearing of the screw should add oil from the hole of stretching screw, dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
2. Each lubricating part should prevent intrusion of dust and other impurities, check the engine oil quality of gear box, replace all the oil if deterioration found.
3. When the pressing quantity reduce, oil cake or the oil discharging are not normal, pressing screw should be taken out, check the pressing screw, cage bars, cake ring wear condition, timely replace the worn parts.
4. After the end of each shift, clear the residual cake in the oil press machine, clean the machine surface dust, grease.
5. After the production season for long-term storage, maintenance should be conducted, recoat and wash the pressing screw, cage bars, cake discharging ring, store them in a dry place.
